How long will it take to get my order?
Orders usually ship within 2-3 days. Transit time can take anywhere from 2-10 days.
Generally, you can expect to receive your order within 5-7 business days.
How can I track my order?
To track your order just log-in to your account to view your order details. Alternatively, you can contact us.
As a reminder, we will always update you via email or SMS about changes to your order including the current shippign status.
What is your return policy?
Generally, you have 30 days to return unopened, unworn items int heir originally packaging. Read our full Refund Policy for more.
Do you offer exchanges?
In short, yes we do!
Exchanges are only offered for items that are received damaged (either in transit or manufacturing defects)

How do I place an order?
First, browse our store. Once you find items you want just add them to your cart and follow the checkout flow.
If you need help just reach out and we'll get your order going!
What if my order is damaged?
We've got you covered - reach out to us immediately for any issues with your order.
Can I edit or cancel my order?
If you place an order you have until 5PM (PST) Monday-Friday to connect with us to cancel or edit your order. One your order has begun fulfillment we are unable to make changes or cancel the order.
You can submit a return request after receiving your order if needed.
*Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following business day.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards as well as multiple online payments such as, Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay & Apple Pay.

How can I join?
It's easy to get started. Just tap or click the "Rewards" button at the bottom left of your screen.
You'll be asked to create an account - that's it! Once your signed up just make sure you sign in before your purchase and you'll earn points for every order you place.
Do my points expire?
Your points never expire! Save them up to spend on new or limited releases. You can even use them for pre-orders.
I placed an order before I signed up, can I still get points?
Sure! As long as you provide us with your order information we can credit your account for the reward point amount.
